Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, you can contact us at renayallc@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 436 Southbridge Street Suite 2, Auburn, MA, 01501 United States  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. Store credit can be used to repurchase anything on the site including exchange. Our store credit does not expire.

 

Please contact renayallc@gmail.com. about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 7 days from the date the order was received.  Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED TO YOU! The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. We ship from Canada!

 

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. THE ITEM/ITEMS WILL BE REJECTED AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, SHOULD ANY OF THE NOTED NOT MET.

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Sunglasses
  • Body Shapers
  • Leggings
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear / Cover-ups
  • Lingerie
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Select White Items
  • Items outside of policy window

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Should you have an issue with your item please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package.
